Responsible for the correct and timely administration of the Durham Business Improvement District (BID) Team personal records, including time sheets and pay records. Event Management is a fundamental part of this role, as are completing risk assessments, method statements and maintaining key stakeholder relationships. Raise, hasten and record invoices, action payments, control petty cash and prepare accounts for Treasurer. Required to deputise in the absence of the BID manager.
