I believe in positively impacting others and commit to doing the right thing.In 2011, a woman in construction took a chance on a young college graduate with a degree in fashion design & merchandising & who’s primary job for 3 years was dancing for the Arena Football League. That opportunity led me to the biggest self discovery - a love for construction & (project) management. I worked for In Shape Health Clubs for 5 years where I managed remodels, acquisitions & new club openings and operations & facilities management. I had the privilege of managing multiple locations & teams of 40+. I changed industries in 2016 to manage medical office buildings. I spent 6 years as Property Manager, Project Manager & Broker responsible for portfolios over $200 million, 80+ tenants, engineering and administrative staff. This opportunity introduced me to the most amazing people and eventually resulted in my employment with Kaiser Permanente as a Project Manager. It is a privilege to work in an environment that feels like home. I manage a portfolio of plant maintenance and renovation projects and partner with stakeholders, our in house construction delivery team, outside GCs and architects to complete projects on schedule and on budget. I provide expert management & operational leadership, discipline and assertiveness. I approach everything with gratitude and an opportunity to learn. Healthcare construction project management is near and dear to my heart and when I have positively impacted someone else, I have accomplished what I set out to do. I believe that success is a collaborative effort and thrive in a team environment.
