Manage a team of 14 quoting analysts supporting the Ethicon, Mitek and Power Tools organizations. Part of the Deal Desk within the Medical Device segment of Johnson & Johnson. We are a single point of contact, rapid response hub, for developing customer contracts and analyzing deals. My team works in close collaboration with Field Sales, Account Management, Contract Strategy, Contract Administration, and other partners such as Legal, Finance, Health Care Compliance, Government Compliance, etc. to put together the most appropriate offering for the customer (products, pricing, solutions and T&Cs).

Full ownership of Spine US Commercial P&L. Responsible for financial leadership by partnering with the US Spine Commercial organization, with annual revenues of approximately $800 million. Collaborate with the Spine platform Sales and Marketing leadership teams in driving top line growth and value creation while supporting critical business decisions that optimize resource utilization. Provide reporting and analytics of Spine sales, Gross Profit, Opex, Contribution Margin, and key balance sheet drivers. Work closely with Franchise Finance, Supply Chain, Global Services, Internal Audit, and the Business Support COE. Oversight of the business plan, forecasting cycles, and monthly and quarterly close activities. Manage and lead a team of two senior analysts.

Responsible for the financial performance of the US field sales organization for all DePuy Synthes companies including Joint Reconstruction, Trauma, Sports, Spine, Craniomaxillofacial (CMF) and Power Tools . Drive performance, financial strategy, business support, and talent acquisition resourcing decisions for these sales teams.
