• Sales and Account Management • Take full responsibility for allocated accounts including maintenance of existing relationships and business, as well as acquisition of new business from allocated accounts • New Customer acquisition • Manage and Negotiate Contract Renewals with Customers and Contractors• Proposal submission and RFP Responses • Initiate customer POC and Pre-sales engagements and take responsibility for involving relevant subject matter experts from the Company • Report on accounts, sales and projects to management on a regular basis as required by the Company • Ensure an up to date understanding of the Company’s service offering, including a top level technology understanding, as well as an understanding of the services types and resource roles offered by the Company • Contractor Management • Drive recruitment of contractors and staff for allocated accounts and engage with relevant Company HR and Recruitment staff as required • Direct recruitment of staff • Candidate interviews • Involved in negotiation of rates and engagement style with staff and contractors• Regular interaction with the Company’s contractors servicing allocated accounts and management of contractors in allocated accounts • Contractor performance management and KPIs o Ensure timesheet completion and signoff as required• Finance• Actively drive towards profit targets in allocated accounts • Be aware of and Manage expenses in allocated accounts and projects • Interface with the Company’s finance and remain on top of budget, forecast and actuals • Participate in annual and ad hoc budget planning• Be informed on and manage for allocated accounts: • Profitability and delivery on any fixed cost outsource projects • Contribution to Company marketing material and information • Compile and drive customer success stories and case studies as required • Aim to understand industry specific developments and requirements in the company’s target vertical industries
