Position overview: Reporting to the Executive General Manager – Member Education, I am responsible for performance and delivery of all direct education entry pathways to CPA Australia and management of approximately $60m of annual revenue. I have oversight and executive control of the renowned CPA Program including teaching and learning, examination and certification of over 40,000 post graduate distance education students in over 70 countries. Responsibilities also include management of relationships with all external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, education partners and vendors. New initiatives under my direction have included implementation of the organisation’s micro-credential framework and product suite, a student progression and intervention framework including operationalisation, online proctoring and assessment model implementation.

The CPA Program is the highest profile program at CPA Australia and one of three core revenue streams responsible for raising over $60m annual revenue. The CPA Program is delivered internationally to approximately 40,000 students in over 70 countries per annum. I was responsible for the operational delivery of the CPA Program with significant contribution to the strategic direction including: policy development, enrolment, teaching and learning, assessment and reporting and graduation. These included multimodal content and assessment development and delivery, program marketing, new product design, student management, exam scheduling and management, online marking, results delivery and reporting.

Responsible for the implementation of CPA Australia’s first alternative entry education entry pathway the Foundation Exams which provides an on-demand alternate learning and assessment pathway for candidates into the CPA Program who do not have an accredited degree.
