As a freelance designer, I've tackled a wide array of client projects including print design, bespoke interior formatting and advertising design, and handled all aspects of maintaining a web presence. An important part of being a freelance designer is having a good handle on SEO and SMM to boost organic reach, and to help my customers find me easier.Throughout my time as a freelancer, I've worked across various industries, including gaming and publishing, and created stunning mograph designs for clients on Twitch, gorgeous book cover designs that've helped boost my clients to 'Amazon Best Seller' status, and crafted trend-aware thumbnails for video content to improve organic click-through by over 100%.

Created documentation for specialized UV printing machinery, converted artwork for CMYK UV printing, and designed graphics to showcase printer capabilities. To help boost the customer perception of the UV printing service, I crafted cold-emails along with scroll-stopping designs and marketing materials to maintain communication with existing clients, as well as outreach to prospective clients. Led new production methods to boost productivity and reduce ink wastage.

Responsible for planning, and scheduling, all social media content. Conducted keyword and search trend research on Google and YouTube. Planned and shot all short and long-form video content and edited all content using After Effects. Created several in-depth guides on engraving, including research and non-fiction writing, as well as layouts in Adobe InDesign.

At UK Hip Flasks, I helped with customer service and helped both B2B and B2C customers find their perfect products, all whilst offering a bespoke engraving service to help brand merchandise, and offer unique gifts for loved ones.During my time with UK Hip Flasks, I also helped out with SEO and PPC advertising, as well as converting PNG/JPG artwork into files suitable for engraving. As part of my role, I helped out with marketing by reaching out to blogs, magazines and other online platforms to help boost our web presence organically, and authored articles about our products. For Trophex, I also designed marketing materials for print, including POS design.
