Works one on one and in small groups providing yoga therapy services to help clients move toward healing, health and wellness, and eliminate pain. Provides on-site yoga and wellness services to local companies with the goal of increasing health for employees while reducing health care costs for employers.

Over 8000 hours of experience teaching yoga over the 14 years. Kristy is an expert on pose alignment and able to guide students to deepen their poses staying in line with principles of safe exercise. Proper alignment is essential to finding steadiness, comfort and ease in our practice leading to peace of mind and better health.

As a team member of UC Irvine's Executive Health Program, I conducted fitness & nutrition assessments on top executives in Southern California and then counseled them on how to increase their health and wellness through lifestyle choices. I also worked as a health Educator & exercise specialist in the UC Irvine weight management program.

I managed a team of 20 fitness trainers as well 15 personal trainers, successfully growing the PFT program into a very lucrative profit center for the SFBC. I directed all aspects of an expansion of the fitness center including space design, equipment purchase and hiring and training of additional staff and program development.
