Kristy brings a unique perspective on governance and public administration issues, with a decade of experience working in the Ontario public sector, including the Office of the Auditor General of Ontario and the Legislative Assembly of Ontario. In her current position as the Director of Strategy and Research, she advises the Auditor General, plays a critical role in the Office’s strategic planning and audit selection processes, works closely with the Standing Committee on Public Accounts, and manages a team of researchers supporting on-going and future value-for-money audits.As an experienced value-for-money auditor, she understands good governance principles, performance measurement and program evaluation. Kristy holds a Master of Arts in Political Science and a Master of Laws. She also has experience working and volunteering with not-for-profit organizations both at home and abroad.
