As Service Delivery Manager - Asia, I hold responsibility in the coordination of all company, office and back end delivery requirements for Entity Solutions’ expansion into Singapore, Malaysia & Hong Kong. Specifically, this includes the set up of all operating requirements typically required for all new organisations in these 3 countries, the physical set up of offices, recruitment and training of staff, creation of local policies, and the development of systems & processes relating to contractor engagement & payroll in line with both jurisdictional specific legislation & customer requirements.

As the Business Integration Manager, I work closely with company executives and department heads to assist in the scoping and delivery of strategic objectives and cross departmental projects. This role has seen me involved in various capacities - largely within the operational delivery - of initiatives such as a company-wide restructure and the roll-out of a new service delivery model, new and refreshed compliance and risk management strategies, the introduction of customer profitability reporting, and various process improvement initiatives. Most recently, the focus of my role has moved towards developing operational capability into Asia in line with a demand for Entity Solutions to expand globally, with work completed contributing to office openings in Singapore, Hong Kong & Malaysia.

As the leader of the VIC Customer Executive team, I am responsible for training, coaching and managing the entire team. This includes, but not limited to, hiring and on-boarding responsibilities, setting targets, developing and deploying new initiatives, driving continuous improvement, as well as ensuring that all of our IPros’ are managed under the guidance of Entity Solutions' high standards and values.In addition to the above management responsibilities, the role has also evolved to working closely with our Business Process & Applications Services team; in scoping, developing and implementing various systems and processes improvement programs, to support and maintain Entity Solutions’ thought leading position in our industry.

In this role, I was responsible for delivering service excellence, tailored and quality solutions to all my contractors (referred to as Independent Professionals or IPros by Entity Solutions).I was responsible for the entire lifecycle management and support of our IPros. I was the 1st point of contact for all their contracting, finance and business related queries and provided them with the best and most flexible solutions. I ensured that all my IPros’ engagement and management needs were looked after expertly and seamlessly – delivering absolute peace of mind.

In this role I was responsible for liaising with all clients moving into serviced, un-serviced or virtual offices within the Christie Corporate building, managing expectations throughout their stay, and managing their departure. The role included setting up phone and internet connections, building relationships and assisting with office set up.
