HR Advisor at Cowal Gold, from a greenfield project to operational mine site:• Develop and coach supervisors in HR functions such as leadership, communication, discipline, recruitment and retention• Manage Workers Compensation • Employee relations, including negotiations between employees and management, discipline case management, industrial relations matters such as unfair dismissal cases• Recruitment of all levels of employees, including development of strategic recruitment forecasts
