Operation of a non-profit organisation

I was one of the key people who launched „yellow buses“ to the Czech and Slovak markets. I formed a structure of salespeople, coach crews, customer service center, and administration background. It was important for me to build a team of people in very different roles to cooperate with respect, trust, and desire to do a great job. - a team of 300 employees- developed the product from 60 mil. turnover to 800 mil. turnover in 6 years- training management- was part of company top management and took part in strategic decisions
