At Cumberland Landscape my main focus is to support the company owner by strategically managing all client inquiries, employee calendars, appointments, and meetings. I produce Excel spreadsheets to create construction in progress, project management, and budget reports. In my role I fulfill all company material orders on a weekly basis and screen 30+ daily calls/ emails. Since starting here in early 2020, my greatest accomplishment has been developing a paperless office initiative, which increased office efficiency by 35% and reducing costs by 20%.

At Coach I had the pleasure of selling in a modern luxury environment, where I moved up the ranks from a Sales Associate to Senior Sales Manager within a year. I expanded personal client book to 165 individuals by coordinating and hosting private events for existing and new high potential clients. On a cyclical basis I monitored and analyzed business KPIs on to develop new selling strategies. I implemented promotional campaigns and employed sales tactics for Men's collection. This created a 50% comp lift in Men's sales within the first quarter of being Men's Specialist. One of my favorite and creatively challenging parts of my job was designing innovative visual displays to increase brand awareness and promote product as the store's Head of Merchandising.

As a manager I organized inbound and outbound inventory shipments 3 times a week, and drove sales with dedicated customer focus while overseeing entire sales floor. I trained all associates on store operations and customer engagement initiatives. In addition to these other tasks I communicated knowledge of current promotions, credit card payments, exchange, and loss prevention policies.
