I offer a highly individualized, transformational coaching experience for creative solopreneurs to make shifts to clarity, confidence, and ease in their businesses, their creative work, and their lives. I also coach select groups on refining the individual creative voice, workflow + business operations, and ideation + follow-through. I host a weekly podcast on a range of topics through the lens of business and creativity coaching, with guests from the spectrum of creativity, including educators, non-profit thought leaders, photographers, authors, and more.

I photograph commercial projects for lifestyle, non-profit, and educational brands and organizations, and I photograph 15+ weddings with an intimate, unstaged style for couples of all kinds. I project manage multiple complex-phase photography jobs simultaneously and manage an active digital image catalog and multi-year image archive. Additionally, I manage a variety of client and vendor relationships using bespoke CRM software automation and high-touch client service. I manage business financials and my financial team, as well as advanced and on-site logistics and production for complex shoots alongside my studio team. I manage in-house post-processing and oversee the team of supporting vendors as needed, and I manage the design and print production of heirloom and archival quality prints and print products.

I initiate and oversee strategic planning, creative execution and financial oversight of all phases of print and digital campaigns for agency clientele, including Fortune 100 and KCR clients. I work hand-in-hand with Creative Director, media buyers, earned media partners, creative teams (including print and digital), client leads and third party vendors to execute against desired campaign outcomes.I'm also responsible for building and maintaining relationships amongst key agency leadership throughout US and worldwide offices to encourage cross-pollination of resources, projects and client programs.

Strategize, design, produce and manage short and long term print and online marketing/development campaigns for external and internal audiences;Rapid response coordination of marketing materials for large scale (25,000+) events, media followup, 
as well as multi-website deployment of information;Manage and direct communications efforts of leadership and development teams based on metric analysis and refinement.

Create communications materials (including initial identity branding and implementation across print and online mediums) for an array of clients including non-profits, for-profits and individuals; Determine strategy, implementation and management of marketing and communications needs (including graphic design, creative direction, database management, print/production, and social media strategies);
