Seeing the need to bring together two disparate functions, fundraising and branding, I co-founded this agency. My role was to develop and establish all project and production time lines in addition to maintaining all the accounting procedures and fundraising licensing details. By providing daily support for a staff of 15 and their clients I honed my customer service skills. Often, I worked one-on-one with clients in providing clarification on contract questions and concerns. In an effort to create more efficiencies, I implemented and maintained a new filing structure.
