CurrentFacilitate and lead pre-award endeavors and incumbent capture initiatives for programs across the Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and Department of Justice (DOJ), encompassing our core practice areas: Engineering & Logistics, Intelligence, Training & Education, IT & Cybersecurity, and Professional Services.Take full ownership of pre-award staffing activities, including critical personnel identification and management, the seamless posting of proposal requisitions, proficient negotiation and extension of contingent offers and letters of intent, proactive incumbent capture actions, and ensuring impeccable day one staffing success.Forge strong partnerships with market and business development leaders to diligently monitor, staff, and prioritize all proposals, ensuring their smooth progress and success.
