Review residents ISP prior to assuming any responsibility for a resident.Review shift reports at the beginning of the shift including calendars and updates of resident care.Complete resident shift report prior to ending a shift. Behind the counter duties include wiping down counter-tops periodically, preparing hot and cold beverage items like Lattes and Frappes/Frappuccino’s, stocking everything from refrigerators to retail merchandise, making Gelato and popcorn, brewing different varieties of coffee, handling the cash register and keeping the customer happy.
