In my role as a Senior Digital Media Manager, I was responsible for overseeing the workload of the Adops team. This includes prioritising tasks and identifying urgent requests to ensure efficient management of resources. Additionally, I collaborated with the sales team to conduct client reviews and make recommendations based on performance and current market trends. As a Senior DMM I managed two team members, providing guidance and support, helping them develop their skills and expertise across the digital platforms and campaign management.

As a Digital Media Manager, I contributed to new and exisIng client strategy using data to lead my recommendations. I proactively reviewed live campaigns making optimisations to align with client expectations, aiding in performance management and client retention. I stayed up to date with platform changes and shared with the team as well as providing guidance and training for junior team members.

As a Digital Media Planner Buyer, I worked with the Client Services team to develop paid media plans based on client briefs. I owned the paid media implementation process from start to finish, including campaign set-up and ongoing performance optimisations. This also included post campaign reporting with detailed insights and recommendations. I worked across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google platforms as well as with Programmatic partners.

As a Social Campaign Specialist, I managed the commercialisation of Nine’s multiple social accounts. I worked with multiple stakeholders including, Sales, Content Partnerships, Client Experience, Strategy and Social Managers. I provided social recommendations for brief responses, managed sold campaigns and provided post-campaign reporting.

As a Digital Campaign Manager, I setup and managed digital campaigns across Google, Facebook and programmatic display. I also setup conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. I reviewed campaigns regularly making optimisations where required to ensure campaigns were on track to meet client objectives.

I worked with Account Managers to develop a digital strategy to fit their client's needs and meet their marketing objectives. I continually monitored the performance of live campaigns and recommend optimisations where necessary, with a focus on meaningful results for the client.
