For each program, responsible for client relationship management, project management, the application development process as well as application maintenance and support. In addition, had supervisory responsibility of the project team consisting of employees and contractors up to 25 team members and project budgets up to $1MM.PRODUCT MANAGEMENT• Product Manager for the build and product release of MyWorkLink, a patented, web based employee engagement product for Carlson Marketing in a software as a service (SaaS) model. NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT• Involved in many successful RFP’s supporting new business development opportunities, bringing in business, facilitating company growth.

TECHNICAL TEAM LEAD• Technical lead responsible for directing technical staff on system development and project management for the Student Information Systems including student information, registration, course catalog, master schedule, transcripts, degree auditing and student receivables as well as the Human Resource/Payroll system for college personnel. SOFTWARE DEVELOPER• Designed and developed applications for various state agencies including the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, Department of Administration, Department of Public Safety, and the Minnesota Community Colleges. IT DISASTER RECOVERY• Initiated disaster recovery business impact analysis for both administrative and data processing recovery plans across all state agencies. Managed hot-site testing vendor and live hot-site tests coordinating over 100 people.
