A big part of this involves presenting on behalf of our team, and the University, along with strategising to increase student interest in our programs. Since taking on this role, I have been a key contributor to a small team that has successfully exceeded our international enrolment targets for the past three semesters. And most importantly, I have reached these mandates while keeping the students best interest as the core focus. I am proud of my work at UNSW Business School, in particular, the hugely successful Postgraduate Information Evening that I worked hard to overhaul. Using creative thinking, I managed to change the existing approach, by engaging more early career, relatable alumni, and rejigging the standard formatting. The result was a well-attended event, offering a more professional and personalised experience for the students. My year spent running the sports program at the Australian International School in Bali is one of my proudest professional achievements. Over this time, I was responsible for overseeing the planning and delivery of the whole schools Physical Education and Health Program, a job that required me to create an entirely new program within the school.
