Designed & brought to publication all educational materials, brochures, infographics, charts, etc. Built Qualtrics survey from the ground up in order to capture data from GPRA, AUDIT-C and DAST-10 Assessments for the purposes of patient risk assessment and statistical grant reporting. Formally trained in Motivational Interviewing techniques and helped train new hires in these readiness-for-change techniques. Develop and implement controls for work assignments, planning & scheduling the work of the program to make maximum effective utilization of employees, equipment, materials and resources within budgetary requirements.
