I spearheaded and supported commercial development projects to grow ZalandoBeauty's footprint across the European market. Notable projects include:- Managed the pre-launch activities leading up to the Zalando Beauty assortment launch in France,Sweden and Denmark (est. impact 4m euro in first year);- Worked with Market GMs and executive leadership to develop a strategy and framework forlaunching Zalando Beauty to 16 additional European markets by 2025;- Supported the build for a tech solution to support Beauty article master data withproduct and engineering teams;- Collaborated on developing Zalando's Beauty packaging to decrease waste, enhancecustomer awareness and ensure transport compliance.

I led audit and advisory projects across adidas' regional headquarters and other international markets (SE Asia, UAE, Latin America, North America). Through these projects, I led and coached teams of 3-4 direct reports and fostered internal talent within the wider Corporate Internal Audit group.
