NextGrad is a mission-driven OOH company that awards scholarships to schools for deserving students. Previously, as Director of Business Development at Motionworks, Kristy drove strategic initiatives to empower clients with innovative data solutions for smarter decision-making. Motionworks, a fusion of Intermx, Transport Foundry, and Standard Data, specializes in population intelligence, leveraging geospatial technology and top-tier expertise to deliver mobility insights across various industries.Before her role at Motionworks, Kristy held key positions at renowned companies such as Intersection Co. and as Vice President of Business Development at Billups, where she spearheaded sales strategies and developed relationships with national brands and advertising agencies. With a strong foundation in out-of-home media and smart city technology, Kristy has a proven ability to drive revenue growth and foster client partnerships.Kristy's career highlights also encompass her impactful role as Vice President of Business Development at Women's Marketing (Stella Rising). Here, she led the development of campaigns for a diverse clientele, ranging from global brands to regional advertisers. Beginning her journey in out-of-home advertising in Austin with Austin Outdoor Advertising, and then in 1991 to positions with Patrick Media in Arlington, TX and Eller Media, now known as Clear Channel Outdoor. Her journey through these established companies underscores her deep understanding of the industry and her ability to thrive in diverse environments.A graduate of Sam Houston State University with a BFA in Radio Television and Film/Public Relations and Promotions, Kristy is also actively involved in the professional community.
