There is more to pitching than just throwing and the result (ball or strike) isn't the best way to measure success. We focus on the process (mechanics) as a way to improve results. Proper mechanics aid in injury prevention, consistency, and success. We also work with our students develop a mental approach that allows them to stay focused and "present" when they are on the mound.

Coaching involves inspiring people to take action and assisting them in developing a plan to reach their goals. Whether I'm coaching business owners or baseball players, my primary objective is to provide the tools that help my clients get to where they want to be. Developing a plan of attack is goal #1, and goal #2 is to stick to that plan. In baseball and in life emotions are what prevent us from achieving greatness. It's human nature to fear the unknown and get angry when things don't go as planned and its my job as a coach to get my clients back on track and follow the plan we have implemented for them.

Develop, conduct and oversee comprehensive review of client financial situation, including meeting with clients, lawyers, accountants and other financial professionals to assess strategies based on objectives and risk profile, identify opportunities, and prepare customized suggestions. Prepare and interpret for clients information such as investment performance reports, financial document summaries, and income projections. Guide clients in the gathering of information such as bank account records, income tax returns, life and disability insurance records, pension plan information, and wills. Recommend strategies clients can use to achieve their financial goals and objectives, including specific recommendations in such areas as cash management, insurance coverage, and investment planning. Build and maintain client bases, keeping current client plans up-to-date and recruiting new clients on an ongoing basis. Review clients' accounts and plans regularly to determine whether life changes, economic changes, or financial performance indicate a need for plan reassessment.
