Responsible for selling and coordinating event space on behalf of The Woods on Ninth. Handled customer inquiries and served as the point-of-contact for all event details. Oversaw account management, sales prospecting, customer relationship management, event planning and coordination, revenue management, and communications. Also acted as building manager and handled maintenance issues, scheduled housekeeping, and maintained stewardship over the entire property.

Produced a multitude of special events for the music division. Coordinated monthly Soundcheck music workshops, concert events and bi-yearly weekend music Expo's. Venue research/scheduling, meal planning/catering, travel arrangements, artist liaison, program design, budget maintenance, and hostess duties. Also acted as main company contact for several local and out-of-state bookstores. Assisted with in-store promotions and executed thoughtful resolution of all concerns.
