- Analyze training needs to identify skill gaps, both business and personal, and develop the Country training plan to meet these needs- Set targets and measures to evaluate the impact of training solutions- Identify and select training solutions from the Tesco Academy to deliver the plan- Manage designing and updating of training products according to training plan. Ensure that projects are implemented within country according to set timelines.- Work with local experts to evaluate training solutions and make changes where necessary- Coach, develop and build capability of Personnel and People managers to use objectives to challenge high performers and improve poor performance and write Personal Development Plans- Provide strong leadership which role models Tesco values and demonstrates cultural awareness- Lead, coach and motivate the team to deliver objectives and consistently work towards adding value to the business. Manage the performance of all staff recognizing their contribution and ensuring continuous improvement through active Personal Development Plans
