- Analyze training needs to identify skill gaps, both business and personal, and develop the Country training plan to meet these needs- Set targets and measures to evaluate the impact of training solutions- Identify and select training solutions from the Tesco Academy to deliver the plan- Manage designing and updating of training products according to training plan.
