Hardware certification:Recreate the customers’ software environment by using software distribution systems and make the latest hardware to work perfectly in this environment (on software- and hardware-side as well).-OS Installation (manually or from SCCM) to new hardwares (PC, Notebook, Docking Station)-Collecting/downloading drivers, utilities from the vendor's website, and selecting the necessary files for the driver/utility to work, to minimize the overall size of the driver.-Testing and preparing the input file for our internal engine, which installs the drivers/utilities-Installing the previously created DriverPackage/UtilityPackage manually, and from SCCM-Testing the overall functionality and compatibility of the drivers and the hardware device.-Creating documentation about the tests and the whole certification.-Provide support in investigate and resolve hardware/software issues.-Modifying Task Sequences in SCCM

Maintaining Core Applications (version, compatibility with OS) in Task Sequences (SCCM)-Downloading/testing the newest version of the application.-Testing the prepared software package (install, delete, reinstall)-Documentation
