As a speech scientist at 247.ai, I work on building natural language models for interactive voice response (IVR) applications for various clients across sectors such as banking, hospitality, and retail.I have a strong background in analytics, data mining, and data analysis, as well as a keen interest in linguistics and human-computer communication. I hold a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from BITS Pilani and a master's degree in linguistics from The English and Foreign Languages University, Hyderabad, and a certification in HBX CORE from Harvard Business School.
