Please visit us at www.abcconsultants.in• The role encompasses understanding client's perspective for each assignment and delivering it in minimal time by presenting best of the talent available in the market as per the client's requirement • The role starts from getting the brief from the client, understanding the purpose of the position, JD preparation, devising search strategy, industry mapping, candidate sourcing, screening, introducing the client and pitching the role, assessing the candidate, preparing the candidate reports, conducting reference checks, presenting the shortlist to client, candidate management and hand holding. • Lead candidate engagement as well as client coordination till the closure of the mandate (includes candidate assessment, engagement, and feedback, salary negotiation and expectation management). • Contribute to business development initiatives of the firm by identifying and mapping the potential clients and setting up meetings with the CEO/Head HR for the client partner.
