About Wadhwani Foundation:Founded in 2000 by Dr. Romesh Wadhwani, the Foundation is driving economic growth in India and other countries through large-scale initiatives in job creation and skill development by encouraging entrepreneurs and growing their ventures. About my role:Got the opportunity to make an impact through the foundation. The work was primarily divided into 3 area and I was able to beat all the assigned quotas. 1. Contributed to Product Roadmap :Enlightened the actual usage of the platform and the features needed to Institute (Management, E-Cell and Faculty) and bring them to the Foundation to guide the product roadmap. This was a very important aspect of the job as the platform scaled both in users and geographies across the world.• Managed end to end product deployments. Wrote proposals, initiated meetings with prospective lead and other deployment activities.• Did hand holding of institutions to leverage resources and systems as they encourage students towards to become entrepreneurs.• Managed cross-functional teams (Institutes and multiple back-end teams).• Proactively managed changes in project’s scope, identified potential risks, and devised contingency plan. • Made reports to monitor and provide valuable insights about the region to the teams involved.   2. Create awareness and know-how. • Helped the Institute’s Management, E-cell teams and Faculty understand the platform - its features, limitations, workarounds, and timelines. This included conducting workshops, weekly meetings, webinars etc. as needed. • Handled all aspects of NEN activation in the region - marketing activities/ advertising of Events and acted as a single point of contact to Entrepreneurship stakeholders.  3. Platform support: Supported with issues as the end customers uses the platform. Institutions and external users communicated with me to resolve the issues. The IT team is brought in where required for technology support.

Worked under the guidance of Ms Marlina Ramchandran, Former Senior Manager NEN. Completed all the assigned task and responsibilities. Apart from driving Entrepreneurship Deployment in the institutes, I was also responsible to organize important Entrepreneurship related Events such as - Start-up Internship Fair for College Students; Business Mentor Mela for Growth Scale Startups to connect and engage with their mentors.

About Tanglin:Primarily, the goal was to build up an application, a dynamic place for any random change in a college schedule that occurred on an everyday premise. We planned to take care of such issues of college student and create awareness about various ongoing activities meant for students, and help them in ensuring their participations.
