Headsup started its people advisory services with a 1 person team to a team across 3 cities over 6 years. We have collectively managed to scale up at this level and the growth has been phenomenal, and so has been my learning curve.- Leading and managing the entire People Advisory Practices of Headsup Corporation- Nurturing and growing the promising team of Managing Consultants, Associates, and Executives to build separate business lines within Headsup Corporation- Partnering with clients across industries, be it - Conglomerates, PSUs, MNCs, Government bodies to deliver high impact projects across Talent Management, Learning and Development, and HR Ops streamlining, Diagnostics, Employee Experiences, and Governance- Investing in ideation, design, and creation of future products and service lines for PASMy experience at Headsup revolves around these metrics:- Retention rate of team: Consultants working in my team - they had started as interns and now they are successfully leading different teams and projects - Growth over last years: I have first-hand experience of how an one-employee team sitting in one-room office is now a blooming organisation of more than 60 people, across 3 offices, with the plans of hiring across different cities (we have already hired people across India)- Client repeat rate: As of today, 17 clients have been doing repeated business with us since last 3 years

- Co-facilitated a training workshop for high-potential leaders, impacting 25 participants and leading to improved leader-team dynamics. The theme of the workshop was “Situational Leadership Day”.- Spearheaded Employee Engagement initiatives, including Parents-Children-Day and team-building sessions.- Developed and implemented a compelling 60-day "Daily Dose of Learning" initiative- Curated a diverse and engaging content mix including micro-stories, thought-provoking quotes, inspiring narratives, and ethical dilemmas, fostering reflection and knowledge sharing.- Co-created an exhaustive database of external-training programs as per the technical-TNI of the employees at Tata Power, including short-term certification courses and long-term courses at IIMs.- Designed and co-facilitated a two-day residential program for ‘Women in Leadership’, impacting which had external faculty from FMS (DU), Co-founder of People Matters, Doctors, Brahmakumaris, Social Workers, and distinguished Academicians.- Co-organised and facilitated an interactive training session for Management Trainees and Assistant Officer Trainees, fostering team building, knowledge sharing, and talent presentation. The session included: Development and implementation of diverse quizzes for engaging knowledge assessment; Design and guidance for a "Smart City" model-making group activity, encouraging collaboration, problem-solving, and creative expression; Integration of sport activities to promote physical activity and team dynamics.- Co-designed and developed a comprehensive Trainee Development Diary for Management and Assistant Officer Trainees, providing a structured framework for personal and professional reflection, goal setting, and skill development: Created engaging content prompts, defined reflection and goal-setting templates, and incorporated relevant resources ensuring the diary fostered meaningful learning and growth for trainees.
