As a Human Resource Strategist at Cannext Power On, I design and implement strategies for the HR department that align with the organizational goals and values. I have been working in this role since October 2021, and I have contributed to several projects that enhanced employee experience, engagement, and retention.Some of my achievements include developing and executing an onboarding and offboarding process that ensured a smooth and respectful transition for onboarding and departing employees, creating and managing an employee benefits program that offered competitive and flexible options, and facilitating skill development initiatives that empowered employees to learn and grow. I also have experience in end-to-end HR operations, compliance, rewards and compensation benefits, payroll, recruitment, and performance management.I am currently pursuing my MBA in Human Resources Development at Liverpool Business School, where I am learning the latest theories and practices in the HR field. I also hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Mumbai, and an Advanced General Management Program certificate from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad. I have also earned multiple certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Digital Media, and Human Resources Management.I am passionate about creating a healthy and productive work environment that fosters collaboration, diversity, and innovation.
