I’m Kritika, a social development professional with a Master’s degree in Women’s Studies from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Hyderabad, and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Presidency University, Kolkata. I’ve also completed a Diploma in Inclusive Education from Azim Premji University, Bangalore, deepening my expertise in creating inclusive learning environments for all.At Shreeja India, I’ve been actively involved in impactful projects supporting first-generation learners, particularly girls from underprivileged backgrounds. My work focuses on gender equality, education, and community development, with experience in both qualitative and quantitative research, as well as project management. I have designed and facilitated social workshops aimed at empowering marginalized communities and promoting gender equality.I am passionate about contributing to policy-making and gender-focused initiatives that advance social justice and equality. My interests lie in culture, identity, intersectionality, and sexuality, and I am committed to driving positive change by addressing these issues at the grassroots level.
