It has been a fantastic Three-Month Internship at the National Cyber Forensic Lab [#NCFL] in New Delhi under Delhi Police. This experience provided me with valuable insights into the fields of #Cyber_Security, #Digital_Forensics, and #Malware_Analysis.Guided by Narendrakumar chayal and shahrukh ajmeri, I delved deep into cyber threats and defense mechanisms. I engaged in sessions focusing on improving my grasp of malware forensics and essential cybersecurity principles.A significant aspect of my internship was collaborating with Ravneet Singh on an intriguing project titled "Automated Static Malware Analysis of Windows Using Virus Total API in Python." This initiative utilized Python and the Virus Total API to simplify the analysis of potential malware on Windows systems.Our goal in automating static malware analysis was to enhance the precision and efficiency in identifying and mitigating cyber threats. This project not only strengthened my coding skills but also offered practical insights into integrating third-party APIs effectively.I extend my heartfelt thanks to Mr. Vijay Gahlawat [ACP] and the entire NCFL team for their mentorship, assistance, and for fostering a learning-oriented environment.
