1. To perform VA activity base on design change/process change with supplier for study and create VA ideas including collaboration with purchase team for researching localize supplier. Then create development plan for DRBFM (Design review base on failure mode) until adoption.2. To progress VA items by DRBFM and confirm design phase by simulation, evaluation test (durability and single part test) and issue revision document for change mass production.3. Supplier quality management to control quality issue from supplier.4. Be responsible for ISO16949, ISO14001, OHSAS18001

Analysis performance by basic simulation program and issue evaluation test items by control standard of new products for support regulation of each market.3. Estimate cost of new model for support market price ideas.5. Issue prototype note for order prototype unit of new model.6. Summary result from new model testing and fix final specification of new products for issue BOM. And report in Quick-DR for judgment to start mass production.7.
