Major responsible- Preventive maintenance & Corrective maintenance all instrument part in petrochemical- Plan to PM&CM all instrument parts in routine & shutdown period.- Manage all work orders and allocate to team.- Supervise teams to maintenance or recondition instrument parts.- Study and consult with supervisor or others in difficult case/cannot find route cause.- Check loop wiring from equipment to cabinet rooms.- Calculate flow orifice to adjust flow rate as requirements.- Indicate specification of parts & stocks (min/max) of instrument spare parts.- Involve in purchasing order to recheck/inspect specification parts.- Control, cooperate and check the completion of work with contractors including risk assessments.- Coordinate with accounting team for waste and scrap of instrument parts.Highlights Work- Calibration hydraulic control valve (brand “UHDE”, control servo valve brand “Rexroth”), Main valve in polymerization process.- Calibration level radioactive Co-60 brand “Berthold”- Calibration level radioactive Cs-137 brand “Vega” (Use program PACTware)- Setting Loss in Weight feeder brand “schenck” (Use program EasyServe)- Weight silo alignment loadcell brand “HBM” “schenck” (Use program Disomat)- PM/CM Flow Ultrasonic sensor brand “flexim”, is flow for control valve hydraulic in reactor- Setting flow computer brand “Honeywell FC1” (Use program Ensuite), to supply ethylene plant - Calibration vibration switch compressor machine to prevent machine.- Calibration positioner control valve brand “foxboro” to control valve in each process.
