Leading a team of 6 - 8 graphic designers to produce the best looking and most impactful visuals on Lazada website and other medias. The visuals will be seen by several million people every month, including banners on the website, online advertising or offline advertising. Responsible and manage the graphic designers produce the highest quality visuals, match the themes of the different campaigns that Lazada runs, while respecting the visual identity of Lazada.• Ensure a graphic team to produce quality and impactful visuals on Lazada website and other online channels for 6 countries of Lazada group - Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia, and Vietnam• Lead a graphic team to deliver graphic packages according to different regional campaigns• Collaborate with a creative director, project managers, developer and UX designers to achieve effective campaigns• Create a graphic guideline book based on Lazada branding for a mobile application used in 6 countries• Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to produce artworks for their projects• Develop and maintain branding of Lazada on every graphics produced
