Development and drawing out of terms of reference for construction and installation works. Generation of documentation package for tender process implementation. Review and analysis of bids. Execution of technical statements.

Making up programs for the personnel training, emergency response and fire drills;Making up, introducing the changes into the job descriptions, and operating procedures for personnel (APCS and I&C);Participation in start-up and shutdown of the equipment, equipment preparation and release for maintenance as well as bringing into operation after maintenance (APCS and I&C);Dealing with technical documentation, archive.Execution of office memos, letters, orders, minutes of meeting etc. Participation in construction of PGU-300 unit (three-turbine power unit)
