As the Senior Manager of Business Intelligence and Data Science at Zebra Technologies, I lead and manage teams of financial analysts, data scientists, and data analysts within the finance department. My role has expanded to include the Automation team, which utilizes tools like Power Automate, Power Apps, and UI Path to streamline finance processes, and the Operations Optimization team, which analyzes and improves financial workflows. Additionally, I oversee the Master Data Governance team, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of critical data assets. My team and I are dedicated to fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement across the organization.In addition to our ongoing data science projects, such as Revenue Forecasting and Cashflow Forecasting using Databricks and Power BI, we are committed to spreading our knowledge through internal training initiatives. These include technical training in Power BI and soft skills development.
