As Program Manager my team and I was responsible to set up the E/// Microwave Design Maintenance Program after transferring the operation from Norway to China, Hungary and Italy. I was part of Budapest design center Microwave Leadership team managing several organisation challenge. Visited key partners and ensured high satisfaction criteria by outstanding cooperation with First and Second line Technical Specialists team and Product Marketing.I was successful being Mentor and Coach of Junior Project Managers. As project manager I was responsible of on time delivery multi-site, full spectrum (from PCB production to embedded and Java SW) design projects. Bridging the value chain segments including: SW team using Agile, FPGA design teams and vendors, waterfall PCB design team including subcontractors.

As New Product Introduction Manager of R&D center key responsibility was to coordinate our outsource partners during the deployment of new design in production. (From arranging orders of production sampling to the review of sustainable production performance.) Setting up and chairing Quarterly Business Reviews. By defining and monitoring KPIs I was maintaining the control mechanism and I was initiating continuous improvement programs.
