-In-charge of the end-to-end collection process of company’s premium receivable from various distributor clients including Individual Agents & Agencies, Brokers, Dealerships, Banks & Financial Institutions, Direct and Affinity Partners-Sends and reviews Statement of Accounts, Collection Notices and Demand Letters-Performs reconciliation of remittances and payments received from clients and intermediaries-Monitors returned checks-Recommends approval of check deferment and credit term extension-Supports the Operations Area by recommending approval of claims with outstanding premiums and insurance policies for renewal-Validation and calculation of incentives, rewards and other company drives related to collection-Manages loan disbursements extended to qualified intermediaries to assure that such loans are made in compliance with the company policies and procedures-Conducts client visitations and business partnering
