Commodities accounted for +$50 million annual spend.• Developed company-wide approved manufacturers list in collaboration with the strategic sourcing team and hardware/mechanical engineering groups. Consolidated supply base to a smaller number of key suppliers allowing GoPro to take advantage of increased volumes and giving us leverage in pricing and supply continuity.• Commodity project manager for Karma Drone products.
