I have spent my career helping technologists understand the humans that use their systems and helping marketers understand the technology that can bring their messages to humans in new and interesting ways.I have a deep passion for connecting the dots between diverse perspectives and solving problems that have been deemed impossible.The exercises of talking to people, observing situations and looking for patterns to find where systems breakdown is one of my most enjoyable activities.I have a high tolerance for diversity and am open to different viewpoints. I value discourse and enjoy working with groups to toward common goals. When goals are absent, I work with leaders to cast a vision that groups can get behind and support. I am a firm advocate of research driven design that can be executed swiftly. I believe that there is always a design option available that can retain brand identity and achieve marketing goals that does not compromise its intuitive usability.
