Oversee institutional grants management, writing, and reporting to achieve organizational fundraising goals. Supervise internal development operations and communications, oversee prospect research, and drive development activities internally for events and donor written communications. Responsible for managing a team member to ensure excellent data management and operations success.

Provide training and support across the organization in the business systems utilized by The Jewish Federation including BlackBaud eCRM and Insight. Lead onboarding related to these systems. Assist with identifying and collecting data used throughout the Federation and ensure that appropriate documentation exists for all data and related processes. Responsible for supervising Data Entry Associates.
