• Executive level oversight of client portfolios and Operations Managers countrywide.• Overall responsible for 69 clients and 20,000 hours per week of service.• Accountable for financial integrity, growth, retention and service nationwide. • Maintain client relationships and negotiations of contracts and additional business. • Oversight of all new client relationships and start-ups.• On call and respond to all emergencies and/or disasters as needed and assisted with resources or manpower.• Assisted with on boarding and training of all new Operations Managers. • Weekly management oversight of UBOT, retention and recruiting efforts. • 60% travel for new client start-ups and responding to client requests
