▪ Serve as media product expert for all internal and external media-related inquiries across all sites within Monster’s network of properties, including Monster.com, Military.com, and Fastweb.com. ▪ Conduct brainstorming/strategy calls with aligned sales reps, as well as discovery calls with clients to craft and deliver comprehensive media plans with pricing, reach, and recommended product mix based on discussions. ▪ Work directly with crucial clients to gather assets needed to go live, assist with ad content development, implement products, and monitor campaigns, optimizing performance where necessary. ▪ Provide client and sales rep with regular reporting, insight, and analysis throughout the campaign. ▪ Recognized as a leader supporting six teams with 40+ total sales representatives by hosting in-depth media training for all sales reps and regional sales managers to boost their knowledge and understanding of media.
