Currently works on privacy compliance and risk management within the Global Privacy Office at Cargill–a company with over 160,000 employees, operating in 70 countries, selling to 125 markets–with the goal of enabling our business partners to provide food, ingredients, agricultural solutions and industrial products to nourish the world in a safe, responsible and sustainable way, while complying with global legal and regulatory requirements.I was a senior leader of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), the world's largest information privacy organization. I built strategy and met roadmap goals focused on the performance, profitability and coordination of IAPP product offerings. I oversaw a major revenue generating department that helped people who work in privacy make the most of joining their community of professionals and supported the rapid growth of membership from thousands to +30,000 by EOY 2017 and +45,000 by EOY 2018.
