Digital Marketing Manager
Current• Providing cross-departmental teams with leadership and guidance on digital marketing strategies for PEMCO brand, products, and services• Developing and managing the company’s annual digital marketing plan and budget including SEO, SEM, Programmatic, SMM and email strategies to drive improved customer and prospect engagement, lead generation, retention, policy sales, organic SERP ranking, and ROAS• Monitoring and managing digital campaigns and agency performance (platforms including Google Analytics, Google AdWords, CM360, BrightEdge, Eloqua, and other proprietary dashboards) and leading testing and optimization decisions to drive improved ROI
