Leading a team to deliver the IT infrastructure at one of the elite World Cup 2022 venues (Stadium 974). As Venue IT Manager my role was to be responsible for the full end to end delivery and operation of the complete technology stack at the venue. This included the scoping, planning and deployment of all FIFA IT deliverables for FIFA/Q22 functional Areas, and for management of IT operations during multiple tournaments including FWC2022.
