Initially recruited to design and deliver an organisation-wide project management system across three sites (London, Scotland and Wales) based on PRINCE2 principles. Once the project system was embedded across the organisation, there were a number of other project and change programs to lead including implementation of a CRM system from inception to completion and an operational needs assessment for the organisation to align our activities with our strategic objectives. This piece of work raised a number of new projects which I personally managed including:• New business development for the conferencing area; and budget forecasting/management across all groups.• Initial work was also undertaken on more closely integrating project work and business as usual activities.
