IT coördinatorIn this role I represent ICLON in discusiions with IT service providers and services. I thereby maintaining close contacts with service managers and support staff ISSC, information managers, faculty and administration office and external IT parties. Internally I initiate, coordinate and / or I realize in cooperation with our Management Team IT innovations such as the development of a new intranet or the development of mobile apps.IT in Education coördinatorIn this role I support / advise our graduate school for teaching in the use of e-portfolio , digital learning environment blackboard digital video, web 2.0 services and social media (students, teachers and management). In addition to the advisory role within ICLON in general, I also participate in IT-projects in on behalf of E-merge and Surf, 2 dutch organisations for applied IT in Education. Sometimes as a project coordinator then as a project assistant. Further on I deliver Blackboard Workshops , -trainings and -advises, I maintain contacts with other faculties as Blacboardcoördinator Blackboard Coordinators. I also participate in regular inter- ICTE -ordinator consultation . During the Surf Education Days 2012, I deliverd a presentation on the use of Blackboard in the re-design of face-to-face education to a “blended"version (mixture of face-to-face and online education) with the focus on the central question: How do I get the student activated and how do I keep them activated during face-to-face and during on-line moments. I delivered on a regular base trainings for Surfnet SURFmedia (online video-platform for higher education in the Netherlands), open enrollment trainings as well as customized taylor-made on site .

As a teacher, I delivered lectures and workshops for Network Windows 2000/2003, Novell, Linux and hardware / software. As a tutor I was the learning guide for projects (project-based learning, competency). As a mentor I was guiding students in their personal development. I was active in Curriculum development (education, including digital learning environment Blackboard) and Assessment Development and implementation (competency).

I was active in development- and delivering of both MS Office tailor-made projects for clients and open enrollment courses. Besides group training also individual coaching: Novell Netware, Windows NT, Lotus Domino R5 end-user training and training systems, accounts payable with PeopleSoft 8.1 Project leader / trainer within large training project, in which 5,400 employees from asylum centers nationwide were trained in use of Outlook. International experience by delivering trainings in Singapore and England.

On behalf of a national working group I organized- and supported seminars for teachers in Agricultural education, where `didactics and computing 'were core. Beside that delivering presentations was one of my roles.In addition to open-enrollment courses I’ve also developed and delivered customized Taylor-made courses. For example, an English-spoken training for Lotus e-mail/Wp to directors of a large international organization.

Country-wide trainings for teachers in Agricultural Education in the use of- and administration/management of Blackboard, Nimbus and Novell 2.x and 3.x networks, Windows, various MS-DOS and MS-Office applications, administrative applications floral art, horticulture and arboriculture. Developing course materials for those courses.

As a teacher I teached math lessons and Information Technology lessons for students. Besides, I trained colleagues in the use of WP 5.1. On the school I was the manager/administrator of a brand new educational computer network, installed by myself(Nimbusnetwork). I managed the daily schedule of all teachers in school. I organized school events, -excursions and -trips.

As a teacher Mathematics on this highschool I did not only teach the students but in the evening hours I also did mathematic courses with their parents
